Cancellations & Refunds
Student-Initiated Cancellations:

- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will not be eligible for a refund unless in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, with proof).

- No-Shows: If a student fails to show up for a lesson without prior notice, the lesson fee is non-refundable.
Package Refunds

- If you have purchased a lesson package and wish to discontinue, a partial refund may be issued based on the number of remaining lessons. However, any lessons already taken will be charged at the regular single-lesson rate instead of the discounted package rate.

- Refund requests for lesson packages must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Instructor-Initiated Cancellations

- If the instructor must cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, vehicle issues, bad weather), students will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Processing Time

- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Special Circumstances

- If you have an emergency or extenuating circumstances, please contact us, and we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
